Runners and walkers head out through the linked parks of Nachtegalenpark, Middelheim and den Brandt in Berchem, on the southern edge of Antwerp. Runners set off together at 10:30, while walkers can start whenever they like between 10:30 and 14:30. There are two distances to choose from, 5 km and 10 km, and both can be run or walked. The entry fee supports the Kom op Tegen Kanker fundraising campaign run by the Spot On! team. A biscuit and a drink are handed out at the finish, and changing rooms are not available on site.
