Begins with a small loop through the 'sheep field' including WWII bomb craters, follows main drive toward the abbey, passes mini hurdles, crosses bridges, enters woods for a clockwise lap, includes a river crossing, a counter-clockwise section around a central field, descends under the Go Ape adventure area, returns over a wooden bridge. The final section returns toward the visitor centre and finishes after a short out and back.
