South Wales - Lest We Forget

South Wales - Lest We Forget is a timed running event held in Cardiff Bay, where participants complete as many laps of a 5.3 km out-and-back course as they wish within a 7-hour limit. The mostly flat route runs on tarmac and pavement along the waterfront, passing landmarks such as the Norwegian Church, the Senedd and the Wales Millennium Centre, with a short wooden boardwalk section. Runners can choose between distances ranging from a single lap to ultra distances, with flexible start times and a supportive atmosphere. The event offers digital BIBs, on-course support, an aid station, same-day results and digital finisher certificates.
