There is no price discount, but entrants who register by mid October receive a free bespoke long-sleeved technical running top.
The course is a 5.3 km out-and-back tarmac route through Parc Taf Bargoed, a Green Flag park with scenic views. Each lap has approximately 63 m of elevation gain and loss.
The event uses a flexible 'rock up and run' start format. You can start at any time within the event hours and complete as many laps as you wish within the 7-hour time limit.
