Runners set off from the Siren Craft Brew Tap Yard in Finchampstead and cover a multi terrain 10 km on a well signposted, marshalled route that starts and finishes back at the brewery. The ground mixes hard surfaces around the Hogwood Industrial Estate with the surrounding paths and tracks, so it is not a single-surface road race. Chip timing gives near-instant results, on site first aid is provided, and photographs are published for download after the event. Every finisher collects a metal beer themed medal and a freshly poured half pint of beer, or a non alcoholic alternative, served in a commemorative Siren Craft Brewery 10km glass that they keep. The post race area keeps going with live music and several food vendors. Dates published for this race have shifted between October and March across editions, so confirm race day with the organiser before you travel.
