No, it is a guided group run, not a race.
Participants should be able to maintain an average pace of about 10 minutes per mile on trail for sustained periods.
The route uses a mix of wide trails and single track, including sections of the North Downs Way, the forest of Netley Heath, and a descent into the village of Shere.
Yes, Silva head torches and Salomon trail shoes are available to trial. Sizes should be stated during registration if interested.
