RefundsNo refunds are possible after payment. The entry fee is non-refundable.

TransfersTransfer of entry to another person is not allowed and leads to disqualification.

If the race is cancelledNo refund or cancellation possible after payment. The race is held regardless of weather; only cancelled due to force majeure.

Bad weatherThe race takes place in all weather conditions. In case of force majeure (extreme weather, forest accessibility), cancellation may be announced on the website in the week before.

Minimum ageMarathon: minimum age 18 (year 2008 and older), Half Marathon and Speed Hiking: minimum age 16 (year 2010 and older).

HeadphonesNo, headphones are prohibited on all courses for safety and fairness reasons.

Time limitThe finish line closes at 17:30 for all courses. Marathon has a cutoff of 8 hours 30 minutes from start, Speed Hiking 9 hours 30 minutes. Half Marathon participants are expected to finish well before closing.

Collecting your numberRace numbers can be collected on 3-5 December at the sports shop '7G Runergy' in Bad Honnef (until 14:00 on 5 Dec), on 5 December 15:00-18:00 at the Bürgerhaus, and on race day from 06:30 at the Bürgerhaus.
