Before you enter

RefundsNo refunds are given for illness, injury, or other reasons. If the race is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered a deferral or transfer to another Nice Work event. You can purchase optional refund protection at checkout.

TransfersYes, you can transfer your entry to a friend or colleague up to 48 hours before the race. There is a £5 fee if you booked via a third party. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

DeferralsYes, you can defer to the following year's race or another Nice Work event up to 48 hours before the race. A £5 charge applies.

If the race is cancelledIf cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds; deferral or transfer to another Nice Work event offered.

Bad weatherIf severe weather, start time may change, race may be postponed or cancelled.

Minimum ageMinimum ages: 10k: 15, Half Marathon: 17, 20 Mile: 18. Junior Run age not specified but children welcome.
