The Semi Marathon de Laval is a half marathon staged in the town of Laval, in the Mayenne department of western France. Runners cover 21 kilometres on a road course laid out in and around the town, held on the first Sunday of March. The race sits alongside the other spring road races of the Pays de la Loire calendar, and the day is built around a single start and a single finishing area in Laval. Entries, start times and race day details are published by the organising club on its own website at crosscorpo53.fr. The event is also known locally under the name Les Foulées du Viaduc.
