A festive, untimed 3 km fun run rather than a race. Participants ride a restored steam locomotive to the start line, enjoy Christmas entertainment on board, then walk, jog or run the course in seasonal costume, stopping at themed stations to collect stamps along the way.

Everyone travels to the start at Plymbridge on a restored steam locomotive, with Christmas entertainment on board before the run begins.
Funds go to Children's Hospice South West, including a 24-hour phone line and hours of care at a hospice during the Christmas period.
No. On-the-day registrations are not accepted, so places must be booked in advance through the organiser's website.
There are four themed stations along the route, selfie, snow, song and sweet. Participants stop at each one to collect a stamp, and the completed stamps are exchanged for a gift at the finish.
Everyone receives a finisher medal, a gift in exchange for their collected stamps and a visit with Santa.
