The Santa Sprint & Stroll 5K covers a single circuit of the Hogan's Fountain loop on the Scenic Loop in Louisville, Kentucky. The course runs on paved park paths and suits both runners chasing a fast 5K and walkers taking a relaxed holiday stroll. Participants are encouraged to dress for the season in Santa hats, reindeer antlers or garlands, and a costume contest hands out prizes to the most creatively dressed entrants.
