Public transportSankthanshaugen is a short walk or bus ride from Oslo city center. The nearest airport is Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL), with train connections to Oslo Central Station. From there, take tram 11 or 12 to Homansbyen and walk uphill.

Changing facilitiesLimited changing facilities are available near the start area. Bag drop is provided; label your bag and collect after the race. Valuables are not recommended.

First aid on courseFirst aid stations are located at the start/finish area and along the course. Paramedics are on standby. If you feel unwell, alert a marshal immediately.

Water on courseYes, there is one water station at the halfway point for the 5K. Bring your own bottle if preferred. The 0.5K has water at the start/finish.
