Residents of Saitama City and Koshigaya City. Living in one of the two cities is required; working or studying there does not count. Applications from anyone else are invalid.
Entry opens at noon on 1 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 13 July 2026. Registration ends earlier if the field fills, and an entry is only confirmed once payment is received, so entries without payment by the deadline are invalid.

No. Participant guides are distributed electronically through the official event website by default. If you want a printed copy it costs 500 yen, and you must select the request option during the entry process.
Programs are electronic by default. A printed program costs 1,000 yen and must be requested during the entry process; it is then sent in advance with your bib and chip.
