ParkingYes, parking is at Claremont Road Car Park, which sits next to race HQ at Exhibition Park.

AccessibilityThere is a wheelchair section, run on self-propelled wheelchairs without gears or powered aids. Be aware that more than a third of the half marathon loop is mixed dirt and gravel, which one wheelchair participant found slow and difficult across four laps.

Before you enter

RefundsEntry fees are non-refundable if you cannot run. Optional refund protection from XCover can be bought at checkout (£1.60 for the 5k, £2.60 for the 10k and £3 for the half marathon) and covers injury, illness including Covid-19, adverse weather on race day, public transport disruption and breakdowns.

TransfersEntries can be transferred to another Run Nation race up to 14 days before the race. A £5 transfer fee applies and must be paid at the time of transfer; if the new race costs more, the difference is also payable. Selling or passing an entry to another runner voids it.

DeferralsDeferral is offered where the organiser cancels the event, allowing entrants to move their place to next year's edition.

If the race is cancelledIf the event is cancelled for reasons outside the organiser's control, entrants are offered a place on the rescheduled date, a deferral to next year, a transfer to another race, or credit on their Run Nation account. No refunds are given in these circumstances and the organiser is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.

Bad weatherThe organiser may cancel if circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise, including severe weather such as snow, flooding or ice that makes running unsafe. Notice is given by email and, where time is short, through social media.

Minimum ageThe 5k is open to entrants aged 11 or older on race day, the 10k to those aged 15 or older, and the half marathon to those aged 17 or older.

DogsNo. Pets and animals are not permitted on the course under the event terms and conditions.

HeadphonesNo. UK Athletics rules and the event insurance do not permit standard headphones or MP3 players. Bone conducting headphones are allowed.
