Estimated total climb is about 200 ft (61 m) for the 5k and about 360 ft (110 m) for the 10k.

Entry on the day has been offered in past years with an additional fee, but goody bags or medals for late entries were not guaranteed.

Family activities, food, raffle, prizes, and on site parking.

All courses start and finish at Carwinion Playing Field. The 10k and 5k go past the Red Lion Pub, Trebah Gardens, and return via country roads. The 10k continues through Boskensoe and Tregarne. The fun run goes past the primary school and through Carwinion Lane.
