After registering, use your confirmation number to reserve a wave through the wave reservation form linked on the race page. Waves go at 7:30, 8:00 and 8:30 AM and each wave closes as soon as it fills.
No. Packet pickup is skipped entirely. Your shirt and swag are shipped to the US mailing address given at registration, and race bibs are handed out on race day.
Your shirt should land at your mailing address during the week of your race. If you sign up within two weeks of race day, shipping may not catch up in time and your shirt could arrive after the event. Either way you can still run, and participants are told to wear whatever they like.
A final participant information email with all the details and the course map is sent by the Wednesday before race day. Check that inbox, and also check your participant info email for any changes to wave times depending on the season.
Just jump in when you arrive. Coordinators remain on site for three hours after the first wave, so a late start is not a problem.
