The event takes place in the Bois de Boulogne in Paris, with 5 km and 10 km road races plus a 5 km and 10 km discovery trail on the park's paths, open to runners and walkers alike. It is organised by the association Toit à Moi to open the sixth edition and launch the "Challenge Connecté", a month-long virtual distance challenge running until 31 March.

What to bring
A valid PSS (Parcours de Prévention Santé / health prevention course) is mandatory to take part in the 10 km and the 5 km run; it can be created on pps.athle.fr

Teams are set at 5 members for better fairness between teams and to allow as many people as possible to take part. If you cannot find 5 people it is not a problem, but you will have to work harder to reach the top of the leaderboard.
By taking part in Courir pour Toit you commit to doing your best to complete the challenge, but the mission may fail. The important thing is taking part. Note that we will not be able to refund you.
Unfortunately not: the whole challenge relies on the app, which counts your kilometres and your points.
