You run as many laps of the 4.37-mile loop as you can within 6 hours. You can start your last lap up to 5:59:59 after the start.
At the end of each lap there is water, squash, fizzy drinks, and a variety of snacks. After finishing you receive a goody bag.
No, refreshments are provided at each lap, but you may bring your own if you prefer.
