Rosa sløyfe-løpet Molde is a 7 kilometre charity run staged in the Norwegian coastal town of Molde, in Møre og Romsdal, on Sunday 11 October 2026. It is one of a family of local Pink Ribbon runs held across the region on the same weekend, and the day is built around raising funds and awareness for breast cancer work rather than chasing a personal best. Runners cover a single 7 kilometre route through and around the town, with a relaxed, mixed-ability field and a strong community feel typical of the Rosa sløyfe series. The local volunteer group behind the Molde edition, known as the ildsjel, handles the organisation and welcomes participants of all speeds.

Other questions
Not at all. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, with a mixed field of runners, joggers and walkers. Every pace is welcome, and the point of the day is to take part together rather than to race for a time.
Seven kilometres is a manageable distance for most people, and plenty of participants take it gently or walk parts of it. If you are new to running, build up with a few short jogs in the weeks beforehand and treat the day as a sociable outing.
Norwegian autumn weather rarely stops a Rosa sløyfe run, and light rain is simply part of the day. If conditions were ever severe enough to affect the event, the organisers would publish any change on their own website and social channels.
