Reindeer Roundup is a charity navigation event staged at the Museum of Power near Langford in Essex on Sunday 13 December 2026. Entrants pick one of two off-road routes of roughly 3.5 miles and 5.5 miles, both run under written narrative instructions with timed checkpoints rather than a marked and marshalled course. There is no mass start, so runners set off in their own time, find their own way across farmland, footpaths and woodland around the museum, and are clocked out and back in at the finish. The ground is classic winter Essex trail, with mud, roots and brambles to contend with. Every finisher receives a £4 voucher for the museum cafe, and the money raised is donated to the Museum of Power, a registered charity. The event is held under UK Athletics rules with TRA Permit 8662, the minimum age is 17 and no dogs are allowed.
