The practical side

Qualification

Competitive marathon and half marathon entries require either membership of a foreign sports federation affiliated with IAAF, with a copy of the licence or a self declaration of club affiliation, or a FIDAL Runcard with a copy of medical certification. Non-competitive entrants only need to register online and sign and upload the liability waiver form. Age limits apply: marathon competitive and non-competitive from 20 to 90 years, half marathon competitive from 18 to 90 years, half marathon non-competitive from 20 to 90 years, marathon team from 21 to 90 years, half marathon team from 18 to 90 years.

Route

A single 42 km loop past the eight UNESCO monuments of the city, finishing on Via di Roma.

Expo

Expo Marathon Village at Pala De André, ticket office entrance, access from Via Trieste and Via Canale Molinetto. Bib collection Friday 10:30 to 19:00 and Saturday 9:30 to 19:00. Marathon and half marathon bibs can also be collected on Sunday from 7:15 to 8:45, and 10K bibs on Sunday from 8:00 to 9:30, for those coming from outside the province.

Race Day

Race day is Sunday. Marathon and half marathon start at 09:15 and the Good Morning Ravenna 10.5 km starts at 10:15.

Minimum ageYes. The competitive half marathon and half marathon team entry are open from 18 to 90 years. The competitive and non-competitive marathon and the non-competitive half marathon are open from 20 to 90 years, and the marathon team entry from 21 to 90 years.

DogsYes. The 2 km Dogs & Run is designed for dogs and their families, and the 2 km Family Run is dedicated to schools, families, teachers and carers.
