Join the Race to Remember on November 7, 2026, in Portsmouth, Hampshire! Choose the 76km ultra marathon or 36km course and support veterans' mental health. The event starts from Aldershot (76km) or Petersfield (36km) and finishes at the Royal Naval Museum.

The 76km ultra-run starts at 06:00 hrs in Aldershot (registration from 05:15 hrs). The 36km walk starts at 09:00 hrs (registration from 08:30 hrs) and the 36km run starts at 10:30 hrs (registration from 10:00 hrs) in Petersfield.
As our finish line is next to Portsmouth Harbour station, we don't offer a transfer service back to the start. Trains depart regularly to both Petersfield and Aldershot.
The course will be open to the public and to traffic, the event is fully supported by an event team and medics. The route will be marked and all runners will be tracked throughout.
The fundraising target is £395, with 75% (£296.25) due 4 weeks before the event (by 9 October 2026).
Yes, if you cannot meet the fundraising target, you can switch to self-funded by paying the difference (£70 for 36km, £90 for 76km) to retain your place.
