Yes, the event raises funds for the Chilterns Neuro Centre charity, which supports people affected by multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, and stroke survivors.
This is a Friday evening trail run event.
Both routes take runners along an undulating course on good quality footpaths. There are a few hills to climb, however these are followed by easier sections on flat or downhill terrain.
The route will be heavily signposted and marshalled throughout, you have nothing to worry about.
