Race for Life Crawley

Race for Life Crawley is a charity event organised by Cancer Research UK at Tilgate Park in Crawley on Saturday 24 July 2027. Participants choose between 3K, 5K and 10K routes that wind around Tilgate Lake and the Nature Reserve, with the 10K made up of two laps of the 5K course. The ground moves between tarmac, grass, gravel and woodland paths, with some inclines, declines and uneven sections, and the grass and woodland parts can turn soft and muddy in wet weather. The start and finish sit on grass on the western side of the lake, just down the hill from Tilgate Playground, and the day has a relaxed, community feel built around fundraising.
