The course includes two significant climbs and around 1,600 metres of total elevation gain. Pacing matters, because a long downhill is followed by another uphill near the end of the route.
Your race pack includes a deposit bag. You can leave it just before the start in Szczawnica in the main deposit area, and collect it after you finish by presenting your bib number. All deposit bags must be collected by 21:00 on Saturday.
The route is a mountain trail across the Pieniny peaks. It includes steep climbs and a scenic descent on the south slopes of Przehyba, so trail running experience is recommended.
