The course leaves Jaworki and follows the White Water Reserve before climbing onto a ridge of pasturelands, sheep and open meadows with some of the finest views in the valley. Runners cross the Little Pieniny mountains range, where limestone rocks and rigid blocks rising from the grass mark the Pieniny Klippen Belt, a geological feature that makes this landscape unique in the Western Carpathians. The ground is mostly grass, rock and mountain path, and the day finishes in the town square of Szczawnica. The mountains here may not be especially high, but they hold a remarkable character that makes them a real treasure.

The 23 km route includes about 1,050 metres of elevation gain. It is fast and picturesque but has some sharper climbs along the way.
Your race pack includes a bag for storing your belongings. You leave it at the deposit point in Jaworki before the start, and it is transported back to Szczawnica. Collect it from the main deposit area in Szczawnica after you finish, using your bib number, and collect it by 21:00 on Saturday.
The route follows the White Water Reserve, climbs onto a ridge of pastureland and open meadows, and crosses the Little Pieniny mountains range. Along the way you pass through the Pieniny Klippen Belt, where limestone rocks and blocks rise from the grass.
