Pontarddulais hosts this relaxed Christmas edition 5K plod on a Sunday in December, open to adults aged 18 and over. Participants set their own pace, with no pressure to race and plenty of laughs along the way. Fancy dress is strongly encouraged, so Santa suits, reindeer antlers and other festive outfits are very much part of the fun. The session is scheduled for around two hours, and a pie and coffee are provided afterwards to refuel.
