The Rose Run is a timed, lapped event held at Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking, Surrey. Runners complete as many or as few laps of a 5.3 km (3.28 mile) estate loop as they choose within an overall seven hour limit, with the minimum recorded distance being a single lap. Entries cover the 5 km, 10 km, half marathon, marathon and ultra categories, and runners can settle on their distance to suit the day. A start window of one hour lets participants rock up and run, and an on-course aid station supports the field throughout. Timed results are published the same day, and finishers normally receive a giveaway medal or memento unless they choose the lower priced no-medal entry.
