The course is a 5.3 km out and back along the River Mersey in Chorlton Water Park. It is off road on a riverside towpath with very little elevation change, making it generally flat.
Participants may complete as many laps as they wish within a seven hour time limit. The minimum distance is one lap (3.28 miles).
A vegetarian aid station operates throughout the day offering many vegan items and some gluten free options, including bananas, dates, sweets, crisps, cake, squash and cola.
Participants with severe allergies are asked to bring their own food. Requests for specific items should be made at least seven days in advance.
Yes, a charity donation of £1 per participant goes to The Animal Sanctuary Wilmslow.
