This timed draw event takes place at Hardy Farm in Manchester, where participants draw a chit to join either the Bees or the Dragons. Runners complete laps along the River Mersey in Chorlton Water Park, with the option to finish after one lap or continue for the full seven-hour limit. The off-road riverside towpath offers very little elevation gain or loss, making it a fast and accessible course. All finishers receive a bespoke medal.

Participants reach into a box and draw a chit that assigns them to either Bees or Dragons. No exchanges, changes, or peeking are allowed.
