Participants complete as many or as few 5.3 km loops as they wish within a six-hour window on a course that follows tarmac cycle paths with a short gravel section and minimal elevation. The flexible start allows runners to set off at their own pace over a one-hour period. All finishers receive a Peacock medal, and the event is open to in-person and virtual participation.
