The Icicle Run is a timed multi-lap event along the Stroud Waterways canal in Brimscombe. Participants run an out-and-back gravel towpath route, completing as many laps as they wish within a seven-hour limit. Distances from 5 km to ultra are available, and all participants receive a medal. The flat off-road course is suitable for runners seeking a personal challenge in a scenic canal setting.
