It is a six hour timed running event held at Tesco Bridgend Extra. Participants complete repeated laps inside and around the supermarket and its car park.
The course starts in the supermarket foyer, follows the perimeter of the car park, returns through the foyer, goes up the travellator, follows a circuit of the first floor, then returns down the travellator and through the foyer to start further laps. Participants must walk on the travellator.
