The course is a 7 km out-and-back loop around Ardingly Reservoir. Participants complete as many or as few laps as they wish; completing a single lap counts as a finish.
The event has a flexible rock up and run start window between 8am and 10am. Organisers can accommodate special start time requests depending on the planned distance.
Finishers receive a bespoke donut medal. A no-medal entry option is also available.
