This is the day five entry of the Five in Five series, a seven hour timed event on a measured and certified 5.25 mile road lap. Runners complete as many laps as they wish within the time limit, so the day can be a single lap, a half marathon, a marathon or an ultra, and every finisher who completes at least one lap is treated as a winner.

This will be between 5 and 8 for marathon distance depending on the day's route. A half marathon option is available every day.
Phoenix Running are now in their 13th year of organising events in the South-East of England. They are all about being inclusive: great routes, great medals and above all great people. They believe in encouraging and enabling runners to achieve things they once thought were impossible, whether that is a first 5km, 5 mile or 50 km run, and they support runners to success. Small steps lead to bigger things and everyone starts at the beginning.
Every day can be entered individually as a separate event, so you can run 1, 2, 3, 4 or all 5 days. The choice is yours, and there is a separate entry for each day.
Yes. All five events use the measured and certified 5.25 mile '177 Route', which is certified as road for both marathon and half marathon distance. That means, for example, that a runner needing 10 road marathons for the 100 Marathon Club can complete five of them during this series.
