Set along the picturesque River Mersey in Chorlton Water Park, this timed running event lets participants cover between 5km and ultra distances by completing laps of a flat, off-road towpath course. Runners, walkers, joggers, hikers and 'Jeffers' are all welcome to enjoy the scenic route within a 7-hour window. Chip timing, live results and a well-stocked vegetarian aid station with vegan and gluten-free options support the day. Every finisher in the standard entry receives a bespoke medal, while a no-medal option is also available.

The event welcomes runners, walkers, joggers, hikers and 'Jeffers'. Complete one lap and you are a finisher, or keep going for the full 7 hours. There is a 7-hour time limit and everyone can achieve a finisher's medal.
Yes, a race brief is sent a week before the event and is mandatory reading for all participants. It contains final event information and if a verbal briefing cannot be held, the written briefing must be read in full.
