PHOENIX - Cambridgeshire - Springtime

A timed event run on a 5.3km out-and-back lap along the River Great Ouse footpaths through Regatta Meadow and Riverside Park, with runners completing as many or as few laps as they choose in seven hours. The terrain is footpaths and grass with minimal elevation change, plus two kissing gates per lap, and a 'rock up and run' format lets entrants start whenever they are ready from 7am until the 2pm cutoff.
