Phichit Running Challenge brings running together with local culture, history and community. The flat, out-and-back road course starts and finishes at Wangkrod Old Market and passes through the historic Wang Krot area, a riverside neighbourhood known for its railway heritage, traditional wooden shops and warm local atmosphere. Race day begins in the early hours with the marathon at 03:00, followed by the half marathon at 05:00, the 10.5k at 05:30 and the 5k Fun Run at 06:00. Four distances share the same compact, flat course, so the day suits everyone from first-time runners to seasoned marathoners.
