PECO XC League Race 1 opens the 2026/27 season at Temple Newsam in Leeds on Sunday 8 November 2026. The fixture is hosted by STAC with assistance from Nidd Valley and puts on men's and ladies races alongside separate junior races over one mile and two miles. Cross country racing here means running over open parkland at one of Leeds' largest country parks. Individual results are recorded for men and ladies, and adjusted to-count positions are produced by removing guest runners so that team scores and the cumulative season points tables can be worked out. Team results are kept separately for men's and ladies teams, and only one second claim runner may count towards any team score. Past race files and team tables form part of the event record.
