The PB&J Fuel Run brings a deliberately small, private group run to the Riverwalk in Memphis on Halloween, with 5K, 10K, 13.1 mile, one mile and virtual options on offer. Entries are capped per wave, so runners and walkers of every pace set off in relaxed, uncrowded groups rather than a mass start. Timing is optional and self-managed: participants track their own time with Strava, RunKeeper, Nike Run or a coordinator holding a stopwatch, and post their result through an online form. Race bibs are handed out on the day, while shirts, finisher medals and a virtual training run are shipped straight to each runner's address in advance. The day is built around coordinators cheering everyone in, local run club invitations and real support toward each person's fitness goals.

Waves sell out quickly, and each one closes the moment it fills. If your preferred wave is gone you can take the virtual run option or join the waitlist for the on-site event.
Absolutely. All paces and ages are welcome, and you can run it, walk it or mix the two however you like. There are no expectations and no time pressure.
Last minute entries are welcome. Shipping may not catch up in time, so your shirt could arrive after race day. Come and run with us anyway and wear whatever you like.
Final participant information, including the course maps for the Memphis Riverwalk route, is emailed on the Wednesday before race day. Wave times can change with the seasons, so that email is the one to check.
Jump in when you arrive. Coordinators stay on site for three hours after the first wave, so a late arrival still gets a full run and a proper welcome.
