The 5th International Patras Half Marathon is staged in the city of Patras in western Greece on 11 April 2027. The organisers describe the event as a flat, fast city race built around the half marathon, which is the headline distance, with the course running through the streets of Patras. The day opens with the 21.1K at 08:30 and continues with a 10K at 10:45, a 5K at 12:05, a 1K kids race at 13:15 and a 200 m race for people with disabilities at 14:00, so runners of many ages and levels share the same race day. The event is organised by AO Pelops Patras and the Peloponnisos newspaper, working with the Region of Western Greece.
