Pace Makers is a lap-based running event along the scenic Exeter Canal, starting at the historic Quayside. Runners choose their own distance from 5km to ultra marathon, completing as many 5.3km out-and-back laps as they wish within a 7-hour time limit. The fast, flat course mixes hard trail and concrete footpath, with an aid station at the end of each lap. Organised by Phoenix Running Devon, it's the second event in the Sweet Tooth series and welcomes runners of all abilities.
