Österåkersmilen

Race organisers usually provide first-aid stations at the start/finish and along the course, plus roving medical personnel and marshals. In an emergency, alert the nearest marshal or call the emergency number (112 in Sweden). Carry a phone and ID if possible.

Both distances are offered on race day. You usually choose your distance during registration. If you want to change after entering, contact the organisers as soon as possible—switches may be allowed before a deadline, subject to availability.
