The Osaka Full and Relay Marathon Festival brings teams of two to thirteen runners together in Nagai Park, where each member takes a turn carrying a single tasuki sash around a circuit of roughly 3.3 km on the park's running paths. The full relay covers the marathon distance, the half relay runs 23.1 km, and a parent and child family run covers one short lap of about 3.3 km. Everything starts on the Nagai Park long-distance running path and finishes inside Yanmar Field Nagai, with time limits of five hours for the full relay, three hours for the half relay and forty minutes for the family run. Juniors from middle school age upward are welcome, masters aged 40 and over have their own division in the full relay, and runners who need a guide can take part with a companion at no extra charge.
