Other questions
As a night race, the start is usually in the evening, around 20:00 or 21:00. Exact start time will be confirmed closer to the date on the event website. Plan to arrive at least 60 minutes early for check-in and warm-up.
The start line will have a mass start for the 5K. There will be a countdown and maybe music. At the finish, you'll receive a medal and post-race refreshments. The finish area is illuminated and has timing mats for chip timing.
This is a road 5K on flat terrain, so focus on speed and endurance. Practice running at night to adjust to reduced visibility and cooler temperatures. Include interval training and a few night runs in your prep. Stay hydrated and familiarize yourself with the course if possible.
