Nice Work is a British race organiser that stages road races and multi-distance events across the south of England, from 10K and 10 mile races through to half marathons and full marathon weekends. The company handles the whole race day, including course design and measuring, timing, marshalling, medical cover and results, and it also offers race management services to clubs, charities and other organisers who need help putting on their own event. Entries are taken online through the Nice Work website, where runners can also browse the full race calendar, sign up for virtual challenges, join the Strava club and read results from past events. A loyalty points scheme rewards repeat entrants, and a dedicated volunteer programme keeps the races staffed and friendly.

Other questions
Most Nice Work events accept entries on the day if places remain, but it is always safer to enter in advance. Events that sell out or that need pre-printed numbers will close online entry first, and some races do not offer on-the-day entries at all. Check the individual event page before you travel.
Nice Work runs a loyalty points scheme for runners who keep coming back. Every qualifying entry earns points that build up across the season, and the Passport brings your entries, results and rewards together in one place. You can read the full terms on the Loyalty Points page of the website.
A virtual race is one you complete in your own time and in your own place. You enter online, run or walk the stated distance wherever suits you, then submit your evidence through the Nice Work site. Results are published on the virtual race results page alongside everyone else who took part.
Nice Work events generally go ahead in rain, wind and cold, so come prepared for the conditions. If the weather is severe enough to threaten safety, the race director will make a decision and communicate it through the event website, email and social media as early as possible.
Volunteers are always welcome and there is a Become a Volunteer link on the website. Roles include marshalling, registration, aid stations and finish-line support. Volunteering is a good way to see how a race runs from the inside and to help out on a day you are not racing.
