The Mile Run is a 1.6km fun run for pairs, each made up of one elementary school pupil and one junior high school age or older participant. Each pair must complete the course within 15 minutes, and the mile run starts at 08:35 after the half marathon waves have begun. Finishing pairs receive a finisher medal.

Entries are for pairs of one elementary school pupil and one junior high school age or older participant. Each pair must be able to complete the 1.6km course within 15 minutes.
You need a free RUNNET member account before you enter, and the entry must be made by the account holder who is paired with the elementary school child. Have your ID and password ready, and check them in advance.
If the adult in the pair is under 18, the organisers send a parental consent form for minor participation after entries are confirmed. It must be returned by the stated deadline.
Baggage storage is available at the venue, but valuables cannot be stored.
