The Muco'Trail du Pays de Nemours is a trail running event staged in Bagneaux-sur-Loing, a village on the southern edge of the Seine-et-Marne, in the wooded country between the Fontainebleau forest and the Loing valley. Runners choose between an 11 kilometre course and a 22 kilometre course, both following the paths and woodland tracks of the Pays de Nemours. The event takes its name from muco, the everyday French word for cystic fibrosis, and the day is built around raising funds and awareness for that cause. Start times, route details and entry fees for 2027 are published on the organiser's own website as race day approaches.

The race is scheduled for Sunday 7 March 2027 in Bagneaux-sur-Loing, a village in the Seine-et-Marne department of the Île-de-France region, roughly 80 kilometres south of Paris. The event base is in the village itself and the courses head out into the surrounding Pays de Nemours countryside.
Muco is the everyday French short form of mucoviscidose, the word for cystic fibrosis. The event is run around that cause, with the trail distances used to raise funds and awareness for people living with the condition.
Whether entries are available on the day depends on how many places are left, and the organiser has not confirmed 2027 arrangements yet. Entering in advance is the safer option, especially for the longer 22 kilometre distance.
