Yes, the MTC AIBELL is a cup-free event. You must bring your own reusable cup.
The Plus package costs £155 and includes an embroidered MTC Aibell race shirt and a lightweight hi-viz race jacket. Orders must be placed at least four weeks before the event.
Competitors must maintain a minimum average pace of 4 mph (15 min/mile). Falling below this may result in withdrawal after a warning.
