The main race covers three laps of the Mrázovka park, each with a gentle descent through the trees and a long climb back up along the Bertramka valley, and it passes under the Mövenpick hotel cable car more than once. Total climbing for the 4 km is about 125 m.

Only preschoolers and mini-přípravka can register on the day. Every other category has to be pre-entered through irontime.cz.
The main race is 4 km run as three laps of the Mrázovka park. Each lap has a gentle descent through the park and a long, gradual climb along Bertramka, with repeated passes under the Mövenpick hotel cable car. Total climbing comes to about 125 m on a mostly asphalt surface.
Around 250 runners are expected in the main race, so it stays a small, club-style event.
The circuit is mostly asphalt park path with one sustained climb per lap, so ordinary road running shoes are the sensible choice.
